SouthView’s AIA Billing Program does calculations automatically and prints computer-generated 701, 702, construction manager 702 and 703 plus optional forms.
Calculations can be printed to original forms purchased from the American Institute of Architects.
Add or delete change orders. Reopen and edit previous applications. Change line item numbers. Adjust payments received. Change retainage rate without affecting previous requisitions. Control retainage by individual line items. Calculate all types of retainage. Add alternates or increase the original contract amount or change retainage rate automatically during the course of the project.
Applications can be reviewed, edited or printed at any time during the billing cycle, as often as necessary. All applications and change orders are saved and can be reprinted from history at any time. |
