Nspector, the leader in inspection software that was designed by inspectors for inspectors was developed for residential and commercial inspections; it can be tailored by you for your specific needs and can be operated on a Handheld PC running Windows CE.
In Nspector you can:
Rename all categories; Exterior to Outside, for example.
Rename, add or edit observations, conditions, condition text and ratings.
Stored condition text appears on screen when a condition is selected so you can edit the text for the job your working on only or change the text for all future jobs in your database.
Generate a checklist automatically from your customized observations and conditions.
After every observation and condition, a location can be typed in, or entered automatically from our predefined list (which you can also edit).
Under report options select from one to six ratings you want to show in the summary section when the report is generated. |
