Our NJSCC Billing Program does all calculations automatically and prints completed forms necessary to submit a monthly package to the project management firm overseeing your NJSCC contracts.
Or print calculations to the forms downloaded from the internet. Turn a complicated, demanding, time-consuming process into a job that can done in a matter of minutes.
Each project contained in a contract is computed separately and combined in the monthly invoice. Retainage is adjusted when the package reaches a predetermined percent of completion. The first level of retainage is automatically maintained, added to the second level of retainage and allocated correctly to each project included in the package.
This program handles unlimited packages and has the flexibility to cope with the many changes to a monthly application required by PMFs, architects and the State. Enter a change order to a single project or automatically spread a single change order over all the projects in a package.
